Interior Conex & Storage is looking for a dependable, organized, and outgoing Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Small Business, family operation, direct report to owner.
This position is the front line of our business. You will work directly with customers looking to rent or purchase shipping containers and storage solutions, help coordinate deliveries and pickups, and make sure every customer receives excellent service from their first phone call through completion of their order.
Job Duties Include:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers.
- Provide information and pricing on container rentals, sales, storage, delivery, and available options.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers.
- Process rental agreements, sales paperwork, payments, and customer information.
- Schedule and coordinate container deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate daily with drivers and yard personnel regarding the delivery schedule.
- Keep customers updated on delivery times, availability, and order status.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Follow up on leads and help turn inquiries into sales.
- Assist existing customers with billing, rental extensions, pickups, and other account needs.
- Help maintain an organized office and professional customer experience.
- Assist management with general administrative duties as needed.

- Ability to learn our products, pricing, rental programs, and delivery process.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in construction, equipment, transportation, storage, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
